The cast of Sanjay Gupta’s Dus Kahaniyaan visited the sets of Zee’s Sa Re Ga Ma and unveiling which movie soundtrack the contestants were singing from. Celebs on hand for the evening included: Sanjay Gupta, Neha Dhupia, Masumeh, Neha Uberoi, Minisha Lamba, Sudhanshu Pandey, Dino Morea, and Aftaab Shivdasani. The cast of ‘Dus Kahaniyaan’ gathered together for a video shoot. The movie is an offering from producers Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta (who have previously collaborated on films such as ‘Kaante’ and ‘Musaafir’) and is a conglomerate of ten short films, each directed by a different film maker. This concept was previously tried and tested by Ram Gopal Verma in ‘Darna Zaroori Hai’ and it failed miserably. Let’s hope that’s not the case for ‘Dus Kahaniyaan’, for the sake of our beloved Sanjay Dutt alone.

After the success of the Shootout At Lokhandwala, Sanjay Gupta and Ekta Kapoor have decided to make another film based on a real-life incident titled, Shootout At Parliament. The movie will be about the events that took place on December 13, 2001 when terrorists attacked the Parliament of India. The film will have the same cast as Lokhandwala and is in the mix of being organized. When asked about the movie Sanjay Gupta had this to say:

It is too early to comment on this film.

Guess we can’t milk anything out of him yet, his lips are sealed, but be prepared here comes another blockbuster via Sanjay Gupta!

White Feather Films along with Kingfisher and Formula 1 Grand Prix hosted a party for Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming film Alibaug. First to arrive to the event was Sanjay Dutt along with the main man himself, Sanjay Gupta. The film’s cast and crew was present at the event. Those present included: Sanjay Dutt, Sanjay Gupta, Dia Mirza, Bikram Saluja, Sanjay Suri, V.J. Sophie, Rohit Roy, Mansi Roy, Sudhanshu Pandey, and V.J. Yudi.

The premiere of Shootout at Lokhandwala took place Thursday night in Mumbai. Everyone who worked on the movie was on site and many of their celebrity friends as well. The movie which was shrouded in controversy over Sanjay Gupta being sued will surely hit, especially with a star studded premiere such as this. Here’s everyone who was on hand:

There is a lot of controversy sorrounding Sanjay Gupta’s movie: Shootout At Lokhandwala. He is now being sued by the mother of Maya Dolas, the gangster the film portrays, because she is upset with her depiction in the film. Sanjay had this to say:

It’s a fact that the real Maya Dolas’ aai (mother) has sent us a legal notice. She has reacted adversely to Amrita’s interview, especially to that part that says she encouraged Maya to become the person that he was. My legal department is looking into her legal notice. I would like to say in my film’s defence that the lady has not seen the film.

In the interview Sanjay mentions that what Amrita Singh said in an interview had upset the mother of Maya Dolas. Amrita was informed that Maya Dolas’ mother actually influenced him in becoming a gangster and that is why she accused her. We’ll have to see how the lawsuit takes form, but many reviewers have had positive reactions to the film. Hopefully it will not affect how well the film does.

Neha Dhupia was set to be apart of a promotional function for Sanjay Gupta’s ‘ Shootout at Lokhandwala’ but things didn’t work out as planned. Apparently Neha has left everyone involved with the movie very upset. It is reported that she left for Switzerland with fellow ‘wannabe Diva’ Paris Hilton without informing the organizers of the event. Sanjay Gupta has decided to take Neha out from anything involved the movie and the promotional footage as well. Here’s what he had to say:

It speaks for Neha’s unprofessional work ethics that she did not perform. I am eternally indebted to Isha and Koena for bailing us out at 24 hours notice. They did not charge a single rupee nor did Sanjay have to call them. Their gracious act has humbled us all. Neha ditched us just to walk the ramp with Paris Hilton in Switzerland.

What a stupid move on Neha’ part. She has upset a very big man in Bollywood and will have to change her unprofessional tendencies if she wants anyone to take her seriously again.
