The Apne music launch at the JW Marriott was a big party packed with many of the most beautiful bollywood celebs of the industry, including: Katrina Kaif, Shilpa Shetty, and Priyanka Chopra. Here are the photos from the evening:

Lux launched a coffee table book edited and put together by Omar Qureshi called Lux - Inspiring Beauty. The launch party was a star studded event with many celebs on hand. The season finale for KBC was a very enjoyable event filled with two of the hottest Bollywood stars: ; but also joining them and adding to the mix was Bollywood couple Salman Khan with Katrina Kaif. It was a fun taping and the celebs put on a show for everyone there. Here’s what Priyanka had to say about the taping:

KBC was a fantastic experience and I enjoyed myself to the hilt. Sitting across Shahrukh can be quite nerve wrecking, but he completely put me at ease. In fact he was completely driven up the wall because Kareena and myself would keep debating which answer to opt for and always came up with different options. The fun was complete with Salman and Katrina on the show, where all of us did the last segment together. Salman will leave the audiences rolling in splits of laughter with his wit and wacky humor.

Many Bollywood stars were on hand for this year’s Femina Miss India 2007. The atmospehere was alive and exciting as Sarah Jane Dias won the Miss India Title. The runners up were: Puja Gupta and Pooja Chitgopekar. Here are some of the star filled pictures from the night:

In Priyanka’s new film Drona, playing Abhishek’s bodyguard and will be in action role rather than a romantic one. She is very eager and excited for the movie and her new role. This is what she had to say:

The kind of training I have undergone for the film has actually made me eligible for becoming a bodyguard. I have trained myself in Sikh Martial arts- Gatka for this film. Gatka is very dangerous. I fought with one sword with a group of people as a part of my training programme.

I especially went to Punjab to learn this art. In fact I injured myself at few occasions and had a narrow escape on others. So, after all this arduous training I think I am quite perfect to become a bodyguard. Anyways, everyone including Abhishek Bachchan liked my work.

It’s good to see Bollywood exploring different ideas and not falling into the pitfalls of gender roles. I’m sure not too many guys would mind having their butts kicked by the lovely Priyanka Chopra.

At the Vie Lounge in Juhu, Priyanka Chopra was the main presenter unveiling the new Terence Lewis Calendar. Looks like an easy-going event where Priyanka got to let loose, have fun, and even cut a little rug. Here are some pictures from the event:

Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra were the presenters at Tag Heuer’s launch party, celebrating the release of the new F1 Series. Shah Rukh and Priyanka handed out watches and trophies to different celebrities commemorating their achievements in their individual fields. Shahrukh and Priyanka also joined in on the fun and participated along with models in a runway fashion show.

Bollywood news websites are reporting that Priyanka Chopra is intentionally avoiding scheduling time for promotional activities for the Sunny Deol film Big Brother produced and directed by Guddu Dhanoa. The film was scheduled for release on March 2 but as of now has been postponed indefinitely.

Priyanka has become a big star after her recent movies. The project is complete and ready for release, but Priyanka is not allotting dates for pre-release publicity events. We were planning to hold a press conference. We have been running from pillar to post for her dates, but Priyanka has not responded.

The source alleges Priyanka does not want to be associated with such a small film. To me, it sounds more like a case of an overbooked schedule rather than disrespectful behavior on Priyanka’s part. As we all know, Bollywood stars have no time management skills.

Isn’t it enough that Priyanka just filed a complaint with Mumbai police alleging that her former assistant had threatened her in several phone calls. Give the girl a little space.
