Karisma Kapoor, who hasn’t really been active in the Bollywood influx of movies, has just recorded a commercial for Khaitan Fan. It also stars child artiste Muskaan, who along with Karisma, are in a dream sequence that was directed and put together by John Mathew Mathan. Karisma must be getting low on funding if she can’t get a movie and has to turn to commercials to keep up her lifestyle.

European fashion brand Marc Cain was officially launched Tuesday night with many Bollywood celebs on hand. The store opened in Mumbai and was already booming with talk and popularity. Here are some pictures from the evening:

Karisma Kapoor is making a comeback to the bright lights of Bollywood in a David Dhawan’s comedy fil. She will be starring alongside Govinda, who had this to say about the situation:

Yes, Davidji is planning to make a comedy film with Lolo and me. I am happy that Lolo has decided to make a comeback. I have been reading about Sridevi, Madhuri and Kajol making comebacks. Why should Karisma not act too? She is very talented and I think she will be great.

This will be the duo’s first movie since ‘Hero No. 1′ which was a big. Karisma and Govinda create great chemistry it will be good to see them back together.

Many celebrities were on hand Saturday at the Kingfisher Polo Tournament at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai. Sanjay Kapur’s kingfisher team won the overall tournament with Anna Singh presenting her new clothes selection. Many Bollywood celebs attended including Karisma Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Katrina Kaif, Kim Sharma, and Lara Dutta.
